Our annual October drive up into the White Mountains was once again filled with beauty. I was a little disappointed because quite a few leaves had already dropped, but nonetheless, still enough to go oooh...aaah! We took the interstate up into Vermont this time, then cut across on this little windy road through NH over to the main interstate that took us back down home. We didn't take the Kangamangus Highway as in past years, but we still had a beautiful drive. We stopped at Beaver Pond in NH after stopping in this little town in Vermont for a picnic lunch. The girls (and our friend Sophia whom I snatched to come with us at church!) enjoyed running off some energy on the playground.
