Let it Snow!

We are having our first "big" winter snowfall. I don't know the official total yet as it's still snowing (somewhere between 8-11")! School let out early yesterday and the snow has been falling since. The girls played outside yesterday in the snow and thought it was pretty fun....but going out today was a pure enjoyment! Here's some fun pictures!

My brother was suppose to fly into Boston yesterday afternoon, but his flight was canceled. Instead of camping overnight in an airport, he decided to get a flight out today and sleep in his own bed (he's so smart!). However, little does he know, his flight from St. Louis is now delayed getting into Boston tonight (we just checked with the airlines!). It's so pretty out and we don't mind driving down to get him to help us celebrate Christmas. We just hope he can get here!!!!

I can enjoy the snow because we have not had to endure the hardships so many of our friends have had with the ice storm from last week (no power, etc.). So many are still without power and this big snow will only hinder power restoring efforts. We will also be getting up to another 11 inches tomorrow from another system! Welcome back to New England, eh?!!!
